(Gordon Ramsay enters the restaurant, meets Carlos García, and begins inspecting the kitchen.)

But in the heart of the old town, there's a restaurant that's struggling to stay afloat. El Patio de Tapas, a family-owned business, has been serving traditional Spanish dishes for over 20 years.
