He downloaded (for 64-bit systems) from Microsoft’s official site. Installed it. Rebooted.
The error laughed back at him.
Alex smiled. He had not downloaded shady DLLs. He had not reinstalled Windows. He had simply out-thought the ghost.
Alex ignored them. He was a rational gamer.
The error was dead.
