The title Love 911 is clever. In Korea, 119 is the emergency number. Kang-il rescues people from fires, but Mi-soo rescues him from despair. Conversely, Kang-il teaches Mi-soo that some guilt isn't meant to be carried alone. They save each other in the most literal, visceral way possible. The Verdict: Grab the Tissues Love 911 is not a perfect film.
