As of late 2021, Philips announced that System Builder will enter "Long Term Support" (LTS) mode, meaning no new features, only security updates. Start learning VCP now, but keep a copy of this installer on your server for the next decade. Do you have a working download link for the 2021 build? Right-click the .exe and select Run as Administrator . The installer will unpack the Dynalite Device Library (DDL). This takes about 10-15 minutes.
The installer uses a complex driver pack for the DMX and serial interfaces. BitDefender and McAfee (common in 2021 corporate builds) often quarantine the DongleDriver.exe . Disable real-time scanning just during the install.
