With the task completed, John thanked Emma for her help. "I owe you one," he said, smiling.
Emma rummaged through her notes and files, and after a few minutes, she found the serial key. "Here it is," she said, handing John a piece of paper with the key written on it. "But you have to promise me one thing: you have to make sure you update to a newer version of Radmin soon. This version is outdated, and it's not secure."
John explained the situation, and Emma smiled knowingly. "I think I have a solution," she said. "I used to work with an older version of Radmin, and I think I still have the serial key somewhere."
John nodded, relieved. He installed Radmin 3.5 using the serial key, and was able to remote into the server to perform the maintenance.
