Pros: Fixes Bluetooth lag, boots faster, CarPlay connects wirelessly in 5 seconds. Cons: Update requires a specific small USB drive (FAT32, 16GB max). Must factory reset after. Helpful hint: Search YouTube for "T3L firmware recovery" before starting. Don't panic if the screen goes black for 60 seconds—that is normal.
