Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Blacklist (2013) was developed by Ubisoft Toronto and published by Ubisoft. It is the sixth main installment in the Splinter Cell series, following Conviction (2010). The player controls Sam Fisher (voiced by Eric Johnson, replacing Michael Ironside) as he leads the newly formed Fourth Echelon to stop a terrorist ultimatum known as the “Blacklist” — a countdown of escalating attacks against US interests.
