It was clunky, it often missed obscure OCX files, and it required a distribution copy of VB6STKIT.DLL —but it worked . The bad news: Microsoft officially removed standalone links for the Installer Wizard 4.8 years ago. You won't find it on the modern Microsoft Download Center.
Download the full VS6 SP6 ISO from an archival site, extract the PDWizard folder, and copy it to your C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\VB98\Wizards\ directory.
